How To Stay Positive 

   I'm going to give you can stay positive and motivated. You don't have to do all of these if they work great. 1.) Surround yourself with positivity and motivation : I like to put motivation quotes up on my walls. I have some of my favorites in my last post. You can download apps on your phone and also hang out with people that are nice and happy. Positivity rubs off but so does negativity so choose wisely. 2.) Journaling : It helps release stress. When I release stress I'm more likely to do well. I try everyday to journal and it feels good to get my feelings out and it's fun. 3.) A clean environment : Helps me het work done. You can also feel better in the space. Overall a clean environment is helpful. 4.) Be good to yourself : Do something nice for yourself like buying something nice for yourself. You also want to take care of your body by exercising, sleeping, eating healthy and cleaning your body. 5.) Be Kind : If you are kind to others they will be kind back. People will like you better and you'll be happier.
